The ready-made roles. Levels: View (see and report), Prepare (create and edit; in Work and deadlines, only the work the person is responsible for or reviews), Approve (approve and manage), Full (also delete and administer). A custom role can mix the levels area by area (step 3.5).

Partners also see the dashboard and every report, and can read the firm's settings, the people of the firm and the audit trail. Managers see the dashboard, the services catalogue and the reports; staff see the dashboard and the services catalogue. Only owners and practice administrators change the firm's settings, the services catalogue and users. Only an owner can make another owner.
