4. The partner dashboard

Steps in this chapter (2)

2 steps, each with a screenshot · Chapter 4 of 23

Part A: For partners. Read the dashboard: your code and link, your tier and rolling 12-month sales, and commission earned, paid and due.

The top of the dashboard answers four questions: what is my code, what tier am I on, how close am I to the next tier, and how much commission have I earned, been paid and am I owed. The sections below it (client companies, companies referred, sales by month, payouts, bank details, terms, referral link, directory, tax, marketing kit) have their own chapters.

4.1 Code, tier, 12-month sales and commission totals

Why

The tier card (2) shows the tier and rate that apply to payments received today, and your sales over the rolling last 12 months, excluding VAT (3): ₦33,654,285.71 for Amaka on 15 September. Below the tier, a progress bar shows how much more you need for the next tier; on Gold it says you are on the top tier. The four totals (4) are commission earned to date (₦645,464.29), paid to you (₦614,589.29, before WHT), due to you (₦30,875) and the number of companies referred.

Who

Partner.

What to do

  1. Check the tier and rate (2) before quoting your rate to anyone.
  2. Use Due to you to see what the next payout will be.
  • Earned is the sum of all your commission lines, less reversals.
  • Paid to you is commission included in payouts. The amount transferred is lower when WHT is deducted (chapter 9).
  • Due is commission not yet paid; reversals from refunds reduce it.
  • Rolling 12 months means the sales in the 12 months up to today. A payment drops out of the figure 12 months after it was received.

4.2 What the tier card tells you between reviews

Figure 4.2 — 15 January 2026: Silver (the starting tier), with a note that sales now earn Bronze

Why

Your tier changes only at a review (monthly by default). Between reviews the card warns you if your sales now earn a different tier. On 15 January Amaka's 12-month sales (2) were below ₦10 million, so the card said her sales earned Bronze and that the tier would change at the monthly review. The totals show January's commission earned (3) and due (4).

Who

Partner.

What to do

  1. Read the small note under the progress bar after each month's payments.
