Partner Programme user guide · Chapter 7

7. Your clients and attribution

Steps in this chapter (2)

2 steps, each with a screenshot · Chapter 7 of 23

Part A: For partners. See the companies attributed to you, what they pay and the commission each has earned you, and how attribution works.

A company is attributed to a partner once: by the code (or link) used when the account was created, or by the code entered at its first subscription checkout, before any invoice has been paid. After that, only TroveUniverse staff can change it, with a reason that is recorded (chapter 18). Commission already recorded stays with the partner who earned it.

Attribution is for the life of the account: you earn on every payment the company makes, for every app it subscribes to, for as long as it keeps paying.

7.1 Companies you referred, the first month

Figure 7.1 — 15 January 2026: two companies, one attributed at checkout

Why

Each card shows when the company was attributed and how (at sign-up, at checkout (1) or set by TroveUniverse), what it has paid to date excluding VAT, and your commission on it. Each app shows its plan, monthly or yearly billing and status. A complimentary subscription is labelled: it earns no commission.
